Who we are

This website is operated by Ajyal Petroleum & Energy Rig Movers ("Ajyal Rig Movers", "we", "us") — the rig-moving and heavy-equipment division of Ajyal Petroleum & Energy, CR 7012174988. What we collect

When you contact us — by phone, email, WhatsApp or a contact form on this site: your name, company, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Providing this is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply or prepare a quotation.
Automatically — this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in its server logs, to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
To operate and secure the website — our legitimate interest in a working, safe site.

We do not send marketing. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate, unbundled consent first, and every message will carry an easy opt-out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our communications:

Website hosting / CDN — serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Email providers — deliver the emails you send us and our replies.

International transfers

This website is served from infrastructure that may be located outside Saudi Arabia, and providers such as WhatsApp and email services process data abroad. Such transfers are limited to ordinary contact data, are made only for the purposes above, and are handled in line with the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any work that follows — typically no more than 24 months for enquiries that do not lead to a contract — and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, ask how it is being used, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email Mrehan@ajyalrigmovers.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can raise the matter with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the PDPL.

Cookies

This site currently sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and stores no data in your browser. If that changes, this policy will be updated first — and where consent is required, we will ask for it before anything loads.

None — no decisions about you are made by automated means on this site.
